How to find: Enter Eden HQ, walk north to the front counter, then move a few cells east/right. The boards are lined up from x34 to x44 at y38.

How Mission Boards Work
You must carry an Eden Group Mark to use the Eden mission boards. Each board can show individual missions, report all completed missions, and accept multiple missions in bulk.
Completed missions enter a standby/cooldown quest before they can be repeated.
The board automatically clears an expired standby quest when you return.

Eden Coin Threshold
The Lv.1-99 boards reward Base and Job EXP. Starting with the
Lv.100-110 board, every mission in the uploaded Eden scripts also
carries an 
Eden Coin reward.
Lv.100-110 and Lv.120-140 missions award 1-2 Eden Coins depending
on the mission. The Advanced Lv.130-190 board awards 2-4 Eden Coins.
Advanced Board Note
The Advanced Mission Board groups content by required Base Level from 130 through 190. Its source notes that many of these missions are associated with corresponding Episode progression, so access to the actual hunting areas may still depend on your character's story progress.
