Achievement System

Track character milestones, exploration, battle, social activities and more while earning Achievement Score, items and titles.

Achievement System

The Achievement System tracks milestones across normal character progression, exploration, battle, social activities, pets, item collection and more. Completing achievements grants Achievement Score, and many entries also provide items, effects or unlockable titles.

361Configured Achievement Entries
203Entries With Item Rewards
16Entries With Title Rewards
Important: completing an achievement does not mean you should ignore the Achievement window. Open the completed entry and use Claim Reward when a reward is available.

What Kind of Achievements Are There?

The game client groups achievements into broad tabs. Internally, RagnaKon's current database contains several more specific achievement groups. For readability, the configured entries can be summarized into these themes:

Adventure & Exploration166

Field exploration and travel-related achievements.

Battle57

Monster, combat and battle objectives.

Pets & Taming29

Pet collection and taming-related goals.

Character Progression57

Base/Job levels, stats, job changes and Achievement Level milestones.

Social & Lifestyle25

The counts above describe the achievement entries currently configured in the server database. They are not meant to replace the categories shown by the game client.

Useful Character-Progression Achievements

You will naturally complete several achievements while leveling and changing jobs. These are particularly useful to watch on a new character:

Job Change Achievements

Job progression itself is tracked by the Achievement System. The current database contains achievements for first-job classes, second jobs, Transcendent classes, third jobs and expanded-class progression.

First & Second Jobs

Normal job changes can trigger milestones such as Official Adventurer, First step of job change! and Veteran Adventurer!.

Rebirth

Becoming High Novice has its own achievement: Reborn in Valhalla!, with a configured Adventurer Box reward.

Third Jobs

Third-job class ranges are covered by Elite Adventurer! / Transcendentaler! achievements and can award an Abrasive Box (10).

Expanded Classes

Super Novice, Gunslinger, Ninja, Taekwon and their later class paths also have dedicated job-change achievement entries.

Exploration & Battle

Achievement progress is not limited to leveling. The largest group in the current database is Adventure, with many field-exploration objectives. Battle achievements cover combat-related objectives, while Taming achievements provide another long-term collection path.

Explore While Leveling

Do not only teleport from objective to objective. Normal field exploration can complete Adventure achievements and add extra Achievement Score.

Check After Major Milestones

Base levels, Job levels, job changes, Rebirth and other major progression events are good times to reopen the Achievement window and check for claims.

Titles

Some achievements unlock title IDs in addition to their normal rewards. A title is therefore not guaranteed on every achievement.

Dependencies

Some achievements form chains. A later challenge may depend on one or more earlier achievements before it can complete.

Title Rewards

Titles are permanent character-title unlocks granted by selected achievements. The server stores them by numeric ID, while the client displays the readable title name shown below.
